1. Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1400 hours IST and check-out time is 1200 hours.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
3. For all room reservation, bookings will be confirmed once the hotel/GJC has received the payment.
4. Amendments/ Retention will be as per the individual hotel policy and GJC shall not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever.
5. In case of any dispute with the hotel, GJC shall not be responsible, and the guest will have to co-ordinate directly with the hotel.
6. The Check Out time at the hotel for all guests is 1200 hrs. (12:00 pm), late check outs shall be subject to availability upon request.
7. In case of any change in the rate of taxes mandated by the Government at any future date, the same would be applicable and chargeable on the final billing by the hotel.
8. You shall hold the GJC harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation/bookings/change in any policy by the hotel/change in payment terms by the hotel etc.
9. Hotel may change its policy(ies)/method(s) of payment at any time and GJC has no control over it whatsoever.
10. Organizer reserve the rights to Cancel booking / Date change / Change of Hotel, without specifying any reason, even after confirming the accommodation.
